At Kai Jewel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and include all certificates of authenticity or promotional materials to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
